Q. - Do I have to wait until the anniversary of my MOT to have my car tested without losing days?
A. - No. You can have the vehicle tested up to 28 days in advance of the anniversary and the system will automatically advance the renewal date to 12 months from the anniversary.

Q. - If my car fails its MOT at West Park Motor Services do I have to have it repaired at the test station?
A. - No. You can take the vehicle away and have the required work done elsewhere. The vehicle can then be returned for a free re-test within 10 working days of the original test. If the 10 working days is exceeded then a full test fee will be charged.

Q. Do you offer a courtesy car when my vehicle is with you for work to be completed?
A. - We do not offer a courtesy vehicle but we do offer either a pick up and drop off service of we will arrange a lift to get you to and from work.
